Rubber Antifatigue Agent
Rubber Antifatigue Agent HO-108
Application
Rubber Antifatigue Agent HO-108 is a complex formed by the reaction of m-phenylenediamine and phenolic resin. It improves the tear resistance of rubber compounds, particularly in the tread compound of radial and bias truck tires, enhancing wear resistance and puncture resistance. A dosage of approximately 2.5 parts is recommended.
It can effectively reduce the amount of resorcinol and related adhesives used in tire carcass formulations. It also maintains better adhesion between steel (nylon) cord and rubber after aging than traditional m-methyl-dimethylsilane systems, significantly improving product quality and reducing raw material costs.

Rubber Antifatigue Agent HO-600
Application
This product is an anti-fatigue agent for rubber, primarily suitable for tire carcass formulations and adjacent components. It improves the dynamic fatigue resistance of the carcass, and is particularly effective in enhancing the bond between rubber and cord after aging.
It also effectively improves heat generation in the tire shoulder, significantly increasing tire mileage. The typical dosage is 3.5 parts.
For use in tapes and hoses, it can replace adhesives such as A, RS, RH, and RE, reducing costs while improving adhesion.
