1. Amine antioxidants, Anti-aging agents


1.1 Antioxidant HC-405 

Chemical Name: 4,4'-Bis(α,α-dimethylbenzyl) Diphenylamine

Cas No.: 10081-67-1

Applications: Various elastomers, plastic masterbatch, polyurethane foam, rubber wires and cables, polyether, food packaging materials, adhesives, lubricating oils. Especially effective in protecting chloroprene rubber, acrylic rubber, polyether polyols, etc. from aging caused by high heat, light, etc.


1.2 Antioxidant HC-86

Chemical Name: 4,4'-Bis(α,α-dimethylbenzyl) Diphenylamine

Cas No.: 10081-67-1

Applications: General-purpose antioxidant, suitable for chloroprene rubber, natural rubber, isoprene rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene diene rubber and their mixtures.


1.3 Antioxidant HC-BLE

Chemical Name: Condensation Compound of Diphenylamine and Acetone at high temperature

Cas No.: 68412-48-6

Applications: A general-purpose antioxidant with good protective properties against heat, oxygen, ozone, weather and flexing. It is easier to disperse in the rubber compound and is suitable for the production of industrial products such as tire treads, tapes, and hoses.


1.4 Antioxidant HC-BLE-W

Chemical Name: Mixture of BLE and White carbon black

Cas No.: 68412-48-6

Applications: A general-purpose antioxidant with good protective properties against heat, oxygen, ozone, weather and flexing. It is easier to disperse in the rubber compound and is suitable for the production of industrial products such as tire treads, tapes, and hoses.


1.5 Antioxidant HC-01

Chemical Name: P,P-Dioctyldiphenylamine

Applications: Used in aircraft engine oil, high temperature lubricating grease, natural and synthetic rubber.


1.6 Antioxidant Irganox5057

Chemical Name: Butyl, Octyl Diphenylamine

Cas No.: 68411-46-1

Applications: Used in polyether polyols, polyurethane foam, synthetic rubber, elastomers, fibers, etc. Often used in conjunction with β-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) isooctyl propionate (Cas: 125643-61-0).

Chemical Name: Octylated diphenylamine

Cas No.: 101-67-7

Applications: Used in natural rubber, synthetic rubber, etc., mainly used in the manufacture of wires and cables, tires, rubber shoes, rubber sheets, tapes, sponges, rubber rollers and other rubber products.

2.1 Antioxidant HC-616

Applications: Mainly used to protect light-colored, pollution-free compounds, such as natural rubber, ABS, BR, IR, NBR, NR, SBR, SBA, SIS, etc. and their derivatives.


2.2 Antioxidant 2246

Chemical Name: 2,2'-Methylenebis(6-tert-butyl-4-cresol)

Cas No.: 119-47-1

Applications: Used in natural rubber, latex, synthetic rubber, plastic products, oil products, etc.


2.3 Antioxidant BHT

Chemical Name: 2,6-Di-tert-butyl-p-cresol

Cas No.: 128-37-0

Applications: Used in natural rubber, latex, synthetic rubber, plastic products, oil products, etc.


2.4 Antioxidant 1010

Chemical Name: Tetrakis[β-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate]pentaerythritol ester

Cas No.: 6683-19-8

Applications: Used in polyethylene, polypropylene, polyoxymethylene, ABS resin, PS resin, PVC, engineering plastics, rubber and petroleum products.


2.5 Antioxidant 1076

Chemical Name: β-(4-Hydroxyphenyl-3,5-di-tert-butyl) propionate

Cas No.: 2082-79-3

Applications: Used in polyethylene, polypropylene, polyoxymethylene, ABS, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, engineering plastics, synthetic rubber and petroleum products.


2.6 Antioxidant 1098

Chemical Name: N'N-Bis-[3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionyl]hexanediamine

Cas No.: 23128-74-7

Applications: Mainly used in polyamides, such as nylon 6, nylon 66, polyethylene, polypropylene, etc., and can also be used in petrochemical products such as rubber.


2.7 Antioxidant 1135

Chemical Name: β-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate

Cas No.: 125643-61-0

Applications: Used in polyether polyol and polyurethane foaming, often used in conjunction with Antioxidant Irganox5057.


3. Compound Antioxidant series, pre-dispersed masterbatch


3.1 Compound Antioxidant  HC616-3

Physical and chemical nature: water-base dispersion of Antioxidant HC-616.

ApplicationsThis product is a polymerized hindered phenol water-based dispersion antioxidant that can provide non-coloring, non-discoloring, highly effective and stable antioxidant properties for latex product systems. It can effectively prevent the degradation of polymer properties caused by heat, ultraviolet rays and oxidation systems.


3.2 Compound Antioxidant  HC616-5

Physical and chemical nature: water-base emulsion combined by antioxidant HC-616 and auxiliary antioxidant.

Applications: This product is a non-staining, non-discoloring economical latex antioxidant made from a combination of polymerized hindered phenol and thioester. It can provide efficient and stable antioxidant properties for natural and synthetic latex.


3.3 Compound Antioxidant  HC-1106

Applications: This product is a multi-component heat-resistant emulsion antioxidant that can provide efficient and stable antioxidant properties for natural and synthetic latex.


3.4 Compound Antioxidant  HC-1511/ 1611/ 1510/ 1610

Applications: Mainly used in SBS, SIS, SEBS, styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, thermoplastic elastomer and other synthetic rubbers. It is used in small amounts and has good antioxidant effect, and can improve the stability of plastics or synthetic rubber. It is an environmentally friendly antioxidant and has excellent antioxidant performance in many polymers. It is also particularly suitable for polyether, polyurethane, and lubricating oil fields.


3.5 Compound Antioxidant HC-2320/ 2321/ 2322

Applications: Suitable for polymerized olefins, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, etc., especially suitable for polyolefin cable protective sleeve materials, etc., and can also be used in the modification industry of nylon and ABS materials and other organic materials.


3.6 Compound Antioxidant HC-215/ 225

Applications: It can be used in polyolefins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, etc. It can also be used in engineering plastics, styrene homopolymer or copolymer, polyurethane, elastomer and other organic synthetic materials.


3.7 Compound Antioxidant HC-45B

Applications: This product is a general-purpose rubber antioxidant, suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubbers such as chloroprene, nitrile, styrene-butadiene, butadiene, etc. It has protective effects against heat oxygen, ozone, climate and flexing.
