Polypropylene Powder, CAS No.: 9003-07-0
Polypropylene Powder, also known as PP Powder or Polypropene, is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer produced through the polymerization of propylene. With excellent impact resistance, strong mechanical properties and good resistance to various organic solvents, acids and alkalis, polypropylene is widely used as an industrial plastic raw material.
Polypropylene is characterized by its lightweight structure, good chemical stability, low moisture absorption and excellent processing performance. It can be processed through various conventional plastic manufacturing methods, including injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and other thermoplastic processing techniques.
Product Characteristics
Polypropylene Powder is a white, odorless, non-toxic thermoplastic material with a melting point of approximately 164–167°C. Its heat distortion temperature is greater than 114°C. The melt flow rate can be adjusted within a range of 0.10–70 g/10 min according to different product grades and processing requirements.
The product features low ash content, stable quality, good processing performance and excellent mechanical properties. It also offers good impact resistance, chemical resistance and resistance to various organic solvents, acids and alkalis.
Polypropylene is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic.High impact resistance, strong mechanical properties, resistance to a variety of organic solvents and acid and alkali corrosion.
