ZDBC (BZ) Rubber Accelerator (CAS 136-23-2), also known as Zinc Dibutyldithiocarbamate, is an important dithiocarbamate-type rubber vulcanization accelerator.
ZDBC is an ultra-fast accelerator used in natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex compounds. It can be used as a primary or secondary accelerator depending on the rubber formulation and curing system. ZDBC is particularly valued for its good processing performance, efficient vulcanization activity and suitability for a wide range of elastomer applications.

Applications of ZDBC (BZ) Rubber Accelerator
Used for primary or secondary ultra-accelerator in NR. IR, BR, SBR, NBR, HR. EPDM, and their latexes. Similar in property to PZ and EZ. less accelerating effects than PZ and EZ to dry rubber. Effectively used in both natural and synthetic latexes for faster curing at normal (low) temperature than with PZ and EZ, and less scorching and blooming.
