Applications of Optical Brightener KCB
1. Widely used in plastic films, compression molding materials, injection molding materials, and more; it provides excellent whitening effects for polyolefins, PVC, foamed PVC, TPR, EVA, PU foam, and synthetic rubber. It is also suitable for whitening coatings and natural lacquers, and is particularly effective for foamed plastics, especially EVA and PE foams.
2. Produces a blue-white hue; primarily used in the EVA foam industry; features high light transmittance, making it suitable for transparent products.
3. Apart from its suitability for foamed materials, its other properties are similar to those of OB.
4. Offers significant whitening effects for coatings and natural lacquers; low toxicity; approved for use in food packaging materials in many countries.
