Accelerator PX [ Zinc N-Ethyl-N-phenyldithiocarbamate ] Applications
This product is a relatively safe super accelerator.
When used with the accelerator WILLING DM, its scorch resistance is enhanced.
It has a lower critical vulcanization temperature and higher activity than thiuram accelerators. It can be used for the vulcanization of various rubber types, including natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber, within the temperature range of 80-125°C.
It is particularly suitable for the vulcanization of latex and has minimal effect on latex viscosity during storage.
Being non-polluting, discoloring, odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic, it can be used in the manufacture of food-contact dipped latex products, as well as transparent and brightly colored products, medical products, latex molds, dipped products, latex sponges, adhesive tapes, and self-vulcanizing adhesives.
