Accelerator ZDC [ Zinc Diethyldithiocarbamate ] Applications
Accelerator ZDC is used as an ultra-accelerator for natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers. It is a representative type of zinc dithiocarbamate accelerator and also a general-purpose accelerator for latex. Additionally, it serves as an excellent activator for thiazole and sulfenamide accelerators. It can also be used as a water-insoluble accelerator for latex, with little impact on the stability of latex.
Accelerator ZDC is non-staining, non-discoloring, odorless, tasteless and non-toxic. It is suitable for white, bright-colored and transparent products, and is mainly used in the manufacture of medical products, rubber cloth and self-vulcanizing products. The recommended dosage is 0.5-1 parts in dry latex compounds.
