Trithiocyanuric Acid Applications
Trithiocyanuric Acid is suitable for acrylic ester rubber (ACM), hydroether rubber (CO.ECO), and urethane rubber (CR). It can also be used in rubber-plastic blends.
Trithiocyanuric Acid has a fast vulcanization rate, is safe from scorch burns, and can shorten the curing time. The vulcanized rubber is resistant to oil, heat, and voltage fluctuations.
Trithiocyanuric Acid improves the aging resistance of vinyl rubber products and provides excellent adhesion.
At a dosage of 1-2 parts, it can replace the peroxide Vulcanizing agent DCP.
