It is used to produce flame retardants for tetrafluoroethylene, rubber vulcanization accelerators, specialized solvents for paint strippers, enamel anti-hardening agents, surfactants, preservatives, bactericides, ion-exchange resins, dyes, fragrances, and pharmaceutical antibiotics, as well as in the resin and chemical intermediate industries.
