Toluhydroquinone Application:
Toluhydroquinone is a highly efficient unsaturated resin polymerization inhibitor. A typical addition amount of 0.02% (0.02%) achieves excellent polymerization inhibition during production and storage, maintaining resin stability against hardening for over six months after polymerization inhibition.
Toluhydroquinone is characterized by its high solubility, low dosage, and excellent thermal stability, having minimal impact on resin esterification time. It is a replacement product for hydroquinone, causing no contamination to the product itself and is unaffected by temperature and environmental conditions.
Toluhydroquinone can be used as a stabilizer and antioxidant for unsaturated resins. It can also be used as an antioxidant in non-edible oils, greases, fatty acid esters, linseed oil, etc., and in pigments, dyes, and pharmaceutical intermediates.
