S series presulfurized sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst is a new type of sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst that can be used directly without sulfurization treatment in the reactor of industrial equipment. 06 Sulfur-Resistant Shift Catalyst

Product features and range of applications:

06 is a new C2 sulfur-resistant shift catalyst suitable for use in isothermal shift reactors. The catalyst contains special anti-hydration and low-temperature activity additives. When used under low temperature, high pressure, high space velocity and high water/gas conditions, it has good low-temperature activity and anti-hydration performance, and can meet the requirements of isothermal shift process for catalyst performance.

Product features and range of applications:

05 catalyst is developed on the basis of  04 catalyst. This catalyst is added with special additives and is suitable for use in high CO feed gas low water/gas shift process. It has the function of inhibiting methanation side reactions. When performing high CO concentration feed gas shift reaction, it can exert excellent catalyst activity and inhibit the occurrence of methanation side reactions.

04 Sulfur-Resistant Shift Catalyst

Product features and range of applications:

04 is a new type of CO sulfur-resistant shift catalyst with magnesium aluminum spinel as carrier and containing multi-component composite additives. It is suitable for use in the shift process of producing ammonia synthesis gas, methanol synthesis gas, city gas, coal-to-oil or coal-to-olefins from coal as raw material. If the pressure is high, the water vapor partial pressure is large and the operating temperature is low, that is, when it is close to the dew point temperature or used under harsh conditions of high temperature and low sulfur, compared with similar catalysts, QDB-04 can better show its superior catalytic performance.

High conversion activity and activity stability

The special active carrier additive is selected. Due to the synergistic effect of the active carrier, the additive and the active component, the conversion activity of the catalyst is improved, especially the conversion activity and activity stability of the catalyst under high temperature and low sulfur conditions.

Strong ability to hydrogenolyze and hydrolyze organic sulfur

The addition of composite alkaline materials enhances the surface alkalinity of the catalyst and improves the conversion activity of the catalyst to organic sulfur, especially under low reaction temperature conditions. At the same time, due to the improvement of organic sulfur conversion activity, when the H2S in the raw gas is low, it can better maintain its own sulfurization form, thereby improving the deoxidation performance of the catalyst.

Good hydration resistance

The addition of special hydration resistance additives can significantly reduce the adsorption activity of L acid on Al2O3 particles, thereby reducing the ability of the Al2O3 component in the carrier to hydrate, and improve the hydration resistance of the catalyst, so that the catalyst does not hydrate or phase change when used under harsh conditions with high pressure, and has high hydration resistance and structural stability.

Excellent carbon burning regeneration performance

Advanced carrier preparation technology is adopted and inorganic pore-forming agents are added. On the premise of ensuring high crushing strength, the pore structure of the catalyst is adjusted and the macroporous powder rate is increased, which is conducive to the rapid escape of CO2 and other gases generated during the carbon burning regeneration process, protecting itself from or less damage, thereby improving the carbon burning regeneration performance of the catalyst.

03 is a new type of CO sulfur-resistant shift catalyst with magnesium aluminum spinel as carrier, prepared by special method and containing multi-component composite additives. It is suitable for the process of producing shift process gas and city gas from coal or residual oil as raw materials, especially for the process of producing hydrogen, ammonia synthesis gas, city gas and carbonyl synthesis gas from coal or residual oil as raw materials by high-medium pressure gasification.

03 catalyst does not contain alkali metal additives, so the activation temperature is higher and the low-temperature activity is worse than QDB-04. However, due to the high content of active components, the special preparation method and the active stability additives, the outstanding advantage of QDB-03 catalyst is that it has good activity and structural stability when used under high pressure, high space velocity and high water/gas conditions.
