03 Remove "O2 Leakage", Protective Sulfur Recovery Catalyst

Product features and range of applications:

03 catalyst is a protective sulfur recovery catalyst for removing "leakage". The catalyst uses activated alumina as a carrier and is impregnated with deoxygenation conversion active components. The oxygen content in the process gas can be removed to 20,000 ppm. The catalyst has good Claus reaction activity and organic sulfur hydrolysis activity. The catalyst can be used in any Claus conversion reactor of the sulfur recovery unit.

02 TiO2-based sulfur recovery catalyst

Product features and range of applications:

02 catalyst is a titanium-based sulfur recovery catalyst with anti-sulfation performance. It has high organic sulfur hydrolysis reaction activity. It can accept 2000ppm oxygen leakage in organic sulfur hydrolysis reaction and 10000ppm "leakage" in Claus reaction. This catalyst can be used in the whole bed of any Claus conversion reactor of sulfur recovery unit or used in conjunction with other catalysts of different functions or types.

In order to protect the environment and recover sulfur, the Claus process is used to treat the acid gas containing H2S. 01 sulfur recovery catalyst has the characteristics of high activity, good thermal stability, high strength, low wear rate, resistance to sulfate poisoning, high hydrolysis rate of organic sulfur, and long service life.
