Description
It is a white powder, soluble in ethanol, water and ether. It is stable under normal temperature and pressure. It is an important raw material in organic synthesis. It can be used as an important intermediate for the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds. And many other derivatives of p-toluenesulfonic acid and p-toluenesulfinic acid, also used as curing agent for grouting materials.

Application
1. It is used in organic synthesis, can make medicine pesticide dyes and synthetic resins, also used as electroplating brightener used for surface coating.
