Application
Industrial Phosphoric Acid has a wide range of uses, mainly in the following fields:
1. Electroplating industry: used for metal surface treatment, such as electroplating of steel, copper and aluminum.
2. Pharmaceutical industry: used to manufacture pharmaceuticals such as sodium oleate and iron phosphate, and also used to manufacture dental filling adhesive zinc phosphate.
3. Phosphate industry: used to manufacture various phosphates, such as ammonium phosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate and trisodium phosphate, which can be used to manufacture other chemicals, detergents, pigments and food additives.
4. Metallurgical industry: used to produce phosphoric acid refractory mud to increase the service life of steelmaking furnaces.
5. Printing industry: used to prepare cleaning fluids to wipe off stains on offset color printing plates.
6. Fuel and intermediate production: used as a desiccant and catalyst for the production of other chemicals.
