Pentachlorobenzenethiol Zinc Salt increases the plasticization rate of raw rubber, shortens the plasticizing time by 1/3-1/2, and reduces energy consumption without affecting the vulcanization rate or physical properties of the rubber. It is safe and stable.
Pentachlorobenzenethiol Zinc Salt is suitable for plasticizing natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and blends. Add it with the raw rubber in an internal mixer. Add it during the first thin pass after breaking the rubber in an open mixer.
Usage: 0.1-0.3 parts.
Optimal operating temperature: 155°C ± 5°C.
