Description of Nickel dibutyldithiocarbamate (Antioxidant NBC)
Nickel dibutyldithiocarbamate is bottle-green powder. Nickel dibutyldithiocarbamate (Antioxidant NBC) is soluble in chloroform, benzene, carbon disulfide; slightly soluble in acetone and ethanol; insoluble in water and gasoline. Stable for storage.
Nickel dibutyldithiocarbamate (Antioxidant NBC) is easy to disperse in the rubber and can make the rubber green, but it does not pollute. The general dosage in chloroprene rubber is 1-2 parts, and in styrene-butadiene rubber is 0.5-3 parts.

Application
Nickel dibutyldithiocarbamate is an anti-ozonant for chloroprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, chloroether rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, and nitrile rubber.
Nickel dibutyldithiocarbamate can improve the heat resistance of the rubber in chloroprene rubber, reduce the discoloration of the rubber in the sun, and slightly delay the vulcanization.
Nickel dibutyldithiocarbamate is also a heat stabilizer in chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber vulcanized with metal oxides.
Nickel dibutyldithiocarbamate has a good protective effect against ozone, weather aging cracking, and flex cracking in styrene-butadiene rubber, but has no antioxidant effect and needs to be used with excellent antioxidants.
