Application
1. It is widely used in synthetic medicine, dye, pesticide, etc. For example, in the production of dye intermediates, 1,4-Dichloroanthraquinone,1-Chloroanthraquinone as an anticoagulant, and tetrachloron-hydroxymethylphthalimide as a bacteria, the anti-anxiety measures are equal.
2. N-(Hydroxymethyl)phthalimide is used as a reactant in the synthesis of 5-[(3-aralkyl amido/imidoalkyl)phenyl]-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazines as antiviral agents.
