Description
Polyamide 6, also called Nylon 6, is a thermoplastic material that belongs to the family of nylon polymers. It contains a recurring amide group (-CONH-) in the chain. The resulting polymer has a semi-crystalline structure, which gives it excellent mechanical properties such as high tensile strength and good impact resistance.

Application
1. Engineering plastics can be used to produce gears, housings, hoses, oil-resistant containers, cable sheaths, and equipment parts for the textile industry for precision machines.
2. It is used for spinning industrial yarn, making tire cord, canvas line, parachute, insulating material, fishing net, safety belt, microfiber, filter net, etc.
3. It can be used in packaging industry, such as food packaging, medical packaging, etc.
4. Nylon composite materials, including impact resistant nylon, reinforced high temperature resistant nylon, etc., are used to make appliances with special needs, such as reinforced high temperature resistant nylon, which can be used to make impact drills, lawn mowers, etc.

Storge & Handling
The general packaging method includes 25kg kraft paper bags lined with a layer of aluminum foil. 800~1000kg large package, using polypropylene woven bag, lined with plastic film, with slice outlet below.
Storage and transportation: nylon chips should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoid sunlight, rain and moisture, and the packaging should not be damaged during transportation. During transportation, ensure that the packaging does not leak, collapse, fall or damage. Nylon slices are non-toxic, tasteless and do not belong to explosive items, but they are combustible in case of open fire, so open fire should be avoided.
