Product Description
Highly chlorinated polyethylene (HCPE resin) is a high molecular weight polymer obtained by deep chlorination of polyethylene resin. It appears as a white or pale yellow powder.
1. Grade Categories: Based on different product performance and applications, HCPE resin is divided into 8 grades, with technical specifications shown in the table.

1.1 HCPE-B
Chlorine content %: 67±0.5
Apparent density g/ml: 0.25±0.03
Dissolved state (dissolve in 8% dichloroethane solution): Transparency
Volatile content %: ≤0.40
Viscosity（Tu-4cup/25℃）s: 110～160
Dissolved time min: ≤45
Apparence: White powder and no-toxic no odor
Features: High viscosity grade, used in adhesives, high viscosity, high bonding strength, cost-effective.
Usage: It is applied to the adhesion of various PVC pipes, pipe fittings, plates and other materials.
1.2 HCPE-L
Chlorine content %: 67～68
Apparent density g/ml: 0.25±0.03
Dissolved state (dissolve in 8% dichloroethane solution): Transparency
Volatile content %: ≤0.40
Viscosity（Tu-4cup/25℃）s: 12～20
Dissolved time min: ≤ 10
Apparence: White and yellowish granules
Features: low viscosity grade, good adhesion, low viscosity, easy to spray, easy to use.
Usage: applicable to heavy anticorrosive coatings, such as Marine coatings, container coatings, Marine coatings.
1.3 HCPE-M
Chlorine content %: 67～68
Apparent density g/ml: 0.25±0.03
Dissolved state (dissolve in 8% dichloroethane solution): Transparency
Volatile content %: ≤0.40
Viscosity（Tu-4cup/25℃）s: 30～50
Dissolved time min: ≤ 25
Apparence: White and yellowish granules
Features: Medium viscosity grade, used in coating, high viscosity, strong adhesion, thick coating film, good impact resistance.
Usage: applicable to anticorrosive paint, building paint, fireproof paint, chemical equipment paint and road marking paint.
1.4 HCPE-A
Chlorine content %: 67±0.5
Apparent density g/ml: 0.15±0.03
Dissolved state (dissolve in 8% dichloroethane solution): Transparency
Volatile content %: ≤0.40
Viscosity（Tu-4cup/25℃）s: 60～90
Dissolved time min: ≤ 45
Apparence: White powder and no-toxic no odor
Features: High viscosity grade, used as adhesive, relatively low viscosity, high bonding strength, easy to construct.
Usage: It is applied to the adhesion of various PVC pipes, pipe fittings, plates and other materials.

4. Packaging and Specifications: This product is packaged in polypropylene two-in-one bags, each weighing 20±0.1kg.
5. Storage and Transportation: This product is not a hazardous material. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse, stacked no more than 10 layers high, and protected from sunlight and moisture. Transportation must be carried out in clean and covered vehicles to prevent exposure to sunlight, rain, and heat.
