Hexaphenoxycyclotriphosphazene Main Use:
This product is an additive-type, halogen-free flame retardant, primarily utilized in PC and PC/ABS resins, as well as in products made from PPO, nylon, and similar materials.
The product also demonstrates effective flame-retardant properties in epoxy resins; it can be employed in the preparation of materials for large-scale integrated circuit packaging, where its flame-retardant performance significantly surpasses that of traditional phosphorus-bromine flame retardant systems.
Additionally, the product is suitable for use in benzoxazine resin-glass cloth laminates.
It can also be incorporated into polyethylene, enabling the resulting flame-retardant polyethylene material to achieve an Oxygen Index (LOI) ranging from 30.0 to 33.0.
Furthermore, it can be added to viscose fiber spinning solutions to produce flame-retardant viscose fibers with an Oxygen Index between 25.3 and 26.7.
Finally, the product finds application in LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes), powder coatings, potting compounds, and various other polymer-based materials.
