Dioctyl adipate Application Guide:
1. Dioctyl adipate (DOA), a typical cold-resistant plasticizer, boasts high growth efficiency and minimal heat discoloration, making it suitable for a variety of resins, including polyvinyl chloride (PVC), vinyl chloride copolymers, polystyrene, and synthetic rubber.
2. Dioctyl adipate imparts excellent low-temperature flexibility and lightfastness to finished products, resulting in a pleasant feel.
3. Dioctyl adipate is often used in combination with primary plasticizers such as DOP and DBP for cold-resistant agricultural films, frozen food packaging films, wire and cable sheathing, artificial leather, sheet materials, and outdoor water pipes.
4. When used in plasticizer pastes, Dioctyl adipate provides low initial viscosity and excellent viscosity stability.
Dioctyl adipate (DOA) is highly volatile and has limitations in terms of water resistance, migration, and electrical insulation.
This product has been approved for use in food packaging materials in the United States, France, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, and other countries.
