Claus Tail Gas Hydrogenation Catalyst
Product features and range of applications:
Claus Tail Gas Hydrogenation Catalyst is a Claus tail gas hydrogenation catalyst with alumina as a carrier and cobalt and aluminum as active components.
It has the characteristics of uniform distribution of active components, high low-temperature hydrogenation activity and good organic sulfur hydrolysis activity.
Compared with conventional hydrogenation catalysts, the reactor inlet temperature can be reduced from about 280°C to 220-230°C, which can save the gas consumption of the tail gas incinerator and has significant energy saving and consumption reduction effects.
