Chlorinated Polyethylene Resin (CPE)
Chlorinated polyethylene resin (CPE) is a polymer material produced by chlorinating high-density polyethylene. It appears as a white powder or white lumps.
1. Grade Categories: Based on different product performance and applications, CPE resin is divided into four grades, with technical specifications shown in the table.

2. Performance Characteristics:

◆ Excellent compatibility with PVC, PE, ABS resins, and nitrile rubber

3. Main Uses:
◆ As an excellent impact modifier, it is used for impact modification of rigid plastic profiles, pipes, fittings, and sheets.
◆ CPE has good compatibility with ABS resin and can be used for flame retardant modification of ABS resin.
◆ Utilizing the high filling capacity of CPE, magnetic powder can be added to make refrigerator sealing strips, magnetic sheets, etc.
◆ As a high-molecular-weight non-migratory plasticizer, CPE is used to make high-grade waterproof membranes, wires and cables, films, hoses, etc., improving the low-temperature resistance and weather resistance of the products.
◆ As a vulcanized product, it is used to manufacture wire and cable sheaths (including mining cables, marine cables, locomotive cables, etc.), steel braided hoses, conveyor belts, corrosion-resistant seals, various automotive hoses (including fuel lines, air conditioning lines, brake and power steering fluid lines, etc.), rubber dams, rubber pads, etc.

Uses: Flame-retardant and oil-resistant rubber products, such as mining cables, oil-resistant hoses, etc.
4. Packaging and Specifications: This product is packaged in polypropylene two-in-one bags, 25±0.1kg per bag.
5. Storage and Transportation: This product is not a dangerous good. It should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse, stacked no more than 10 layers high, to prevent exposure to sunlight and moisture. Transportation must be carried out in clean, covered vehicles to prevent exposure to sunlight, rain, and heat.
