Description
Caprolactam has a high melting point and boiling point, insoluble in water, but soluble in hot ethanol, acetone and other organic solvents. Caprolactam has high chemical stability and can resist the corrosion of acid, alkali, salt and most organic solvents. At the same time, caprolactam also has good heat resistance and weather resistance.

Application
Caprolactam is one of the important organic chemical raw materials, the main purpose is to generate polyamide slices by polymerization (usually called nylon -6 slices, or nylon -6 slices), can be further processed into nylon filament, carpet silk, engineering plastics, BOPA film, nylon 6 cord fabric.
Caprolactam is also used in brush bristles, textile stiffeners, film coatings, synthetic leather, plastics, plasticizers, paint vehicles, cross-linking for polyurethanes and in the synthsis of lysine.
Storge & Handling
Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat source. Should be stored separately with oxidants, alkalis, edible chemicals, do not mix storage. Equipped with the corresponding variety and quantity of fire fighting equipment. The storage area should be equipped with suitable materials to contain the leakage.
