Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) compound is a functional material made primarily of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin, compounded with other additives and processed. It is available in powder and granule forms.
1. Grade Introduction: Based on different product performance and application areas, CPVC compound is divided into 9 grades, with technical specifications shown in the table.

2. Performance and Applications:
In addition to the technical characteristics of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin (CPVC) such as heat resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, flame retardancy, and good mechanical properties, CPVC compound also has the following application characteristics.

Main Uses:
♢ Pipes
CPVC compound can be directly molded using single-screw or twin-screw extruders to obtain cold/hot water pipes, corrosion-resistant industrial pipes, and sprinkler pipes for fire protection systems of various specifications. Heat resistance, corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, and mechanical properties meet different application requirements. Smooth inner wall, high flow rate.
♢ Fittings and Other Custom-Shaped Parts
CPVC compound can be used to inject fittings of different diameters, connecting easily to cold/hot water pipes, industrial pipes, and fire sprinkler pipes, with high connection strength. It also provides high heat resistance, is not easily deformed, and has a long service life when used for injecting other custom-shaped parts.
♢ Power Transmission Conduit
CPVC blends can be directly used to process buried high-voltage power cable conduits, offering superior heat resistance, flame retardancy, and insulation compared to traditional PVC. They are widely used in urban power grid upgrades.
♢ Building Materials
CPVC blends have high strength and modulus, and good impact resistance. They are used to manufacture various building door and window profiles, flame-retardant flooring, etc.
♢ Roofing and Wall Panels
CPVC blends have good weather resistance and come in various colors. They are used for roofing panels and exterior wall protection materials, offering good thermal insulation, resistance to aging, and are aesthetically pleasing and durable.
♢ Manufacturing heat-resistant sheets for electrical and electronic applications and other custom-shaped parts and components.
3. Packaging:
Small packages use kraft paper and polypropylene woven composite bags, each with a net weight of 25kg;
Large packages use multi-layer polypropylene composite woven bags, each with a net weight of 650kg;
Other suitable packaging methods can be used in special circumstances as agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer.
4. Storage and Transportation: This product is not a hazardous material.
It should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse. Small packages should be stacked no more than 7 layers high, and large packages no more than 2 layers high, protected from direct sunlight and moisture. Transportation must be carried out in clean, covered vehicles to prevent exposure to sunlight, rain, and heat.
