Application
1. Bisphenol AP may be used as an analytical reference standard for the quantification of the analyte in: Urine samples and beverages using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Wastewaters using gas-chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
2. Bisphenol AP is used to prepare triphenylmethane derivatives as inhibitors of hepatitis C virus helicase. It is a derivative of Bisphenol A which is a monomer used for policarbonate and epoxy resins.
