Antioxidant MB Properties
Rubber Antioxidant MB is odorless with a bitter taste and a specific gravity of 1.42. It is soluble in ethanol, acetone, and ethyl acetate, poorly soluble in petroleum ether and methylene chloride, and insoluble in carbon tetrachloride, benzene, and water.
Antioxidant MB has excellent storage stability and is a non-polluting secondary antioxidant.

This product should be stored in a dry, light-proof indoor warehouse to prevent moisture.
During the storage, transportation and loading and unloading of this product, avoid rain; avoid direct sunlight; ensure that it is dry and the packaging bag is not damaged or contaminated by other items; do not mix or store with toxic or harmful items; do not store at high temperatures.
The storage period of this product is within 24 months from the date of production. It is recommended that users do not add excessive amounts or use it in violation of regulations.
Antioxidant MB (CAS: 583-39-1) Applications
Antioxidant MB is used as an antioxidant for natural rubber, diene synthetic rubber, and latex.
Applied to polyethylene, Antioxidant MB provides protection against oxidation, weathering, and static aging. It also effectively protects against copper damage and overcomes the adverse effects of oversulfurization during crystal vulcanization.
Antioxidant MB can be used alone or in combination with other antioxidants (such as DNP, AP, and other non-polluting antioxidants) to achieve significant synergistic effects.
When used alone, the dosage is generally 1-1.5 parts. Exceeding 2 parts may cause frosting. The dosage in latex foam rubber is 0.5 parts.
