Antioxidant 4020 (6PPPD) Applications
1. Antioxidant 4020 (6PPPD) is a polluting antioxidant.
2. In addition to its excellent antioxidant properties, Antioxidant 4020 (6PPPD) also resists ozone, flex cracking, and inhibits the release of harmful metals such as copper and manganese.
3. Antioxidant 4020 (6PPPD) has similar performance to antioxidant 4010NA, but is less toxic and less irritating to the skin than 4010NA, and has better water solubility (wash loss rate: antioxidant 4010NA is 50%, while antioxidant 4020 is only 15-20%).
4. Antioxidant 4020 (6PPPD) can be widely used in the preparation of tires, belts, and many other industrial rubber products, with a typical dosage of 0.5-1.5%.
Due to its high pollution content, Antioxidant 4020 (6PPPD) is not suitable for light-colored products.
Antioxidant 4020 is one of the main types of p-phenylenediamine antioxidants. P-phenylenediamine antioxidants are currently a common and high-quality type used in the rubber industry both domestically and internationally, and represent the future direction of antioxidant development.
