Features and Uses
This is the typical representative of hindered phenolic antioxidants. Its color is changeless. It causes no pollution. It is not easy to get aged by hot oxygen, and it is not easy to be extracted from hot water. It is insoluble and its effect is long lasting. It also secures a great heat stability.
Antioxidant 1010 is particularly applied to products used at a high temperature and products capable of being extracted.
Antioxidant 1010 has a marked effect on polypropylene.
Antioxidant 1010 is also applied to polyethylene, polyamide, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, ABS resin, PBT resin, nylon, synthetic rubber and petroleum products to guarantee their thermoforming and to prolong their endurance.
Antioxidant 1010 is one of the best antioxidants available now.
General dosage is 0.1%-0.5%.
