The potassium chloride (imported) commodity index on November 14 was 97.22, the same as yesterday, a decrease of 44.32% from the highest point in the cycle of 174.60 points (2022-06-21), and an increase from the lowest point of 58.25 points on August 06, 2020 66.90%. This week, domestic potassium chloride mainstream dealers' quotations increased slightly: potassium chloride distribution quotations in Shandong over the weekend were 2,950 yuan/ton, which was an increase of 50 yuan/ton compared with the beginning of the week. The potassium chloride distribution quotation in Hebei over the weekend is 3,100 yuan/ton. Compared with the beginning of the week, the quotation is temporarily stable. Xuanhai's weekend potassium chloride distribution quotation is 3,000 yuan/ton, which is temporarily stable compared with the beginning of the week. The destination price of 60% white potassium in Qinghai is around 2,800-2,850 yuan/ton, and the self-raised price of 62% white potassium at the port is around 2,900-2,950 yuan/ton. The self-raised price of 60% Dahong granules at the port is around 3050-3150 yuan/ton. Border trade 62% Russian-Belarus potassium is around 2800-2900 yuan/ton.

Judging from the downstream market conditions of potassium chloride, the market price of potassium carbonate increased slightly this week, with the price rising from 7,480.00 yuan/ton at the beginning of the week to 7,500.00 yuan/ton at the weekend, an increase of 0.27%. The weekend price fell 18.14% year-on-year. The market price of potassium nitrate increased slightly this week, from 5,400.00 yuan/ton at the beginning of the week to 5,425.00 yuan/ton at the weekend, an increase of 0.46%. The weekend price fell 7.66% year-on-year. Overall, the downstream market prices of potassium chloride rose slightly, and downstream customers' demand for potassium chloride increased.

3. Market outlook forecast

The overall trend of potassium chloride market in mid-to-late November may fluctuate and rise within a narrow range, with consolidation being the main trend. The price of potassium chloride in Salt Lake and Zangge is temporarily stable. The downstream market of potassium chloride increased slightly, and downstream demand increased, with procurement mainly for rigid needs. The circulation of potassium chloride was tight, and the port supply increased slightly.
