Building a New Future for the Industry – Hosea Chem Co-organizes the 2025 Shandong Rubber Materials Market Development Forum

From December 19th to 21st, the “2025 (22nd) Shandong Rubber Materials Market Development Forum and Rubber Materials Professional Committee Member Conference,” hosted by the Rubber Materials Professional Committee of the China Rubber Industry Association, was successfully held. The forum, themed “Gathering Strength, Responding to Changes, and Embarking on a New Journey,” brought together over 160 experts, enterprise representatives, and industry leaders from the upstream and downstream of the rubber industry chain to discuss how the Chinese rubber industry can achieve collaborative breakthroughs and promote high-quality development against the backdrop of global economic restructuring and changes in the trade environment.

At the forum, Guo Min, Deputy General Manager of Hosea Chem, stated in his address that facing industry “involution” and external uncertainties, the company adheres to open collaboration and innovative cooperation, committed to enhancing the overall competitiveness of the industry chain. He pointed out that the company, around the Group’s “1361” strategy, is driving three key transformations: from “increasing scale” to “increasing quality”; from “scale-driven” growth to “technology + market dual-engine”; and from “traditional management and control” to “digitalized and modernized operation.” Guo Min emphasized that HOSEA CHEM always puts customers first, practicing the principle that "every piece of rubber is our promise," building trust through product quality and service; adhering to long-termism, it has jointly built an "innovation community" with institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shandong University; and promoting supply chain collaboration, advancing the global layout of production capacity, technology, capital, and markets based on the principles of "co-creation, co-responsibility, and co-sharing." He also called on industry enterprises to strengthen technological breakthroughs and industrial collaboration to jointly build a more resilient rubber industry supply chain.

Looking towards the "15th Five-Year Plan," HOSEA CHEM will focus on promoting the construction of a new materials industrial park and an international production base, expanding into emerging application areas such as automobiles, biomedicine, and humanoid robots. In terms of sustainable development, it will actively explore the application of bio-based raw materials, build a green manufacturing system covering the entire chain from raw materials and production to finished products, and work with supply chain partners through an open cooperation platform to jointly promote the high-end, green, and global development of the industry.

This forum not only effectively promoted collaborative communication among all parties in the supply chain, but also laid a solid foundation for further cooperation.
